Both parts (vagina and cache) can be taken out and you can wash the panty itself just the normal way in the washing machine.
To make sure it will be perfect at the end, there are pockets sewed in on the butt where you can use the buttocks to achieve feminine curves for your bum. Those inlays are the same as the ones we use for our push-up panties. So if you already have one of those, you don't need new ones extra, as those can be inserted in this vagina panty as well.
 
On delivery the vagina has got a moulded in hymen! What I like to say is that you can use this vagina panty as well for dildo games or whatever you like, but as the labia has got no pu-cover as usual with silicone items, it is absolutely essential that you do always use a lubricant to make sure you do not injure the labia.
